First download an order form (two pages) from our website. Fill in all the information and fax the completed form to our company at 603 - 2145 3368. To minimize errors, we encourage all clients to clearly fill in their names and contact information such as phone number and email address. Upon receipt of fax order, clients will be contacted by our customer service within 4 hours (during business hours) to confirm their order. Drafts will be prepared within two working days and will be sent to clients for approval either via email or fax. With client's consent and approval, the artwork will be processed and ready to send for printing.
Email Order
Please prepare all information such as card size, order quantity, company name, name, telephone and address that require to be printed to our email: order@68.com.my. Upon receipt of the email, our customer service will contact the clients for order confirmation.
Mail Order
Clients with an existing business card can mail the sample directly to us together with an order form. A draft fee (processing for artwork: S$10.00 single side, S$15.00 double sides) will be charge. Clients with card design that save in computer file (either on a CD or diskette) can also mail to us along with an order form attention to Customer Service Department.
